The payment can be transferred to your bank account, or the payment can also be deposited to your PayPal account. Depending upon how you choose to receive it, you will get paid.

No, you don't have to pay a dime for any handling or postage charges. The laptop will be picked from your doorstep any day of your choice. You can pack it however you want and our courier partner will take care of the rest.

You can go ahead and delete all your data if you have spare time but don’t worry if you can't as we wipe all data from the hard drives after receiving them anyway.

If you have a complaint, please contact us with the details. Once we have looked into your complaint, we will get in touch with you within 14 days and give you an outcome of the decision depending on the type of complaint. If you are not happy with our response you can get in back in touch with us and we can provide a solution for you if possible.

We can assure you that our quote is genuine and best for the product you list but in case you receive a better quote from another company, you can give us a call and I am sure if worth the price, we will beat it.
